Here’s the full spec: U.S. orders of $1,000 or more ship free; under $1,000 there’s a flat $55 fully-insured rate. It goes out via FedEx or UPS on overnight or priority service, insured for the watch’s entire value while it’s in motion, and it won’t be handed over without an adult signature. For the seriously grail-tier stuff we’ll sometimes add extra carrier security — think of it as an upgrade you didn’t have to pay for. Tracking hits your inbox the second the box leaves the bench.
Got something in stock? We inspect it, pack it properly and ship within 1–2 business days of your payment clearing. Bank-wire folks: your clock starts when the funds actually land. Card and other cleared payments run on that same 1–2 day timer. Anything we’re sourcing, sizing, engraving or otherwise fussing over takes a little longer — and we’ll hand you a real estimate before we pick up a single screwdriver.
A watch is too good to leave on a doorstep, so nothing ships without a signature, and we don’t send to freight-forwarders or to addresses we can’t verify. On bigger orders we might double-check your billing and shipping details, or ship strictly to the billing address — call it obsessive; we call it careful. If something arrives dinged or goes missing in transit, the full-value insurance has you covered: ping us immediately and keep every last bit of packaging.
Shipping across the United States is the default. International is doable case by case, fully insured, with duties, taxes and customs fees landing on you as the buyer.
