Three streams, and no others. What you type — name, email, telephone, shipping and billing addresses, and whatever you tell us about a watch you are offering, appraising or hunting for. What a transaction generates — the order itself, the reference numbers involved, and the correspondence around it. What a browser reports — IP address, browser and device type, and which pages were opened, which we keep to run and defend the site. Full card numbers never touch our systems: card payments go straight to Stripe and wires go through our bank, and each holds that data under its own terms rather than ours.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade it for anything of value. It reaches a third party only in two situations: a supplier needs it to do a job for us — payment processing, insured carriage, email delivery, fraud screening, IT support — and then only the part of it that job requires; or the law compels disclosure to an authority.
